How are digital products delivered

Digital items are delivered instantly. You will find your download link on the confirmation page and in your email.
Do you accept returns

Digital items cannot be returned. Physical products are only eligible for replacement if they arrive damaged. You must contact us within 3 days with photos.

Your candle is crafted with intention and care. These guidelines will help you experience it safely and fully.

Burning Instructions

Trim your wick to one quarter inch before each use.

Allow the melt pool to reach the edges on the first burn to avoid tunneling.

Burn for no more than four hours at a time.

Safety Guidelines

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep away from children, pets, and drafts.

Place on a heat resistant surface.
