Refund policy

At The Seasons of Me, each product is created with careful attention and intention. Because every candle is hand poured and every digital product is delivered instantly, returns are limited and handled with care to protect both you and the quality of our work.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Send your order number and photos of the issue to service@theseasonsofme.com so we can review the situation and support you with next steps.

Do not send any items back without written confirmation from us. Any packages returned without approval will not be accepted.


Non Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Candles unless they arrive damaged or incorrect

  • Digital products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Any item sent back without prior approval

All digital products are delivered immediately. Your download link will appear on the order confirmation page and will also be sent to the email you used at checkout.


Important Note on Scent Perception

Scent throw varies based on room size, airflow, placement, and any other fragrances present in the space. These factors can change how a candle performs, so variations in scent strength are not considered defects.


Exchanges

Exchanges are not available at this time. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide next steps once you contact us within the 3 day window.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved damaged or incorrect items.
Once we receive and review the required information, we will let you know if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
